Joshua Dyer
MSc Student
I am a recent BSc graduate from the (Hons) Environmental Sciences program at The University of British Columbia (UBC).

Starting in May 2023, I joined the Germain Lab at UBC with an NSERC USRA and have since been actively engaged in research related to my honours thesis. My thesis research investigated whether the outcome of competition through coevolution depends on pre-existing differences between species pairs.
​
In September 2024, I will pursue graduate studies (MSc) in the Department of Forest & Conservation Sciences at UBC with the Moore Inclusive Conservation Lab. During my master's, I will work with Dr. Alex Moore and Dr. Chris Harley to investigate the role of ocean acidification in altering the vulnerability of coastal marine invertebrates to additional stressors in BC.
